My addiction to coffee has been getting worse since I came back to Indonesia. Especially surrounded by people Im working with now…most of them are coffee lover!!! Furthermore, Starbucks just around the corner, both from my office & resident. No wonder that there’s always be “starbucks items” in my credit card bill. So if you tell me that coffee is such a drug to keep your eyes open, then I have to say that it doesn’t work for me. Actually, it’s not something that I could be proud of.

Now…giving the situation that Im having a very bad cough…I just found a perfect recipe that makes me feel living in heaven & hell in the same time. It’s actually combines 2 item which are the reason why I live [hiperbola mode on], they are : coffee & ice cream!!!
I’m feeling nothing but the flavor of perfect mix of guilty feeling & pleasure in the same time!!!

Affogato Mocha

Material:
600 gr ice cream (in vanilla flavor is better)
Mocha:
4 tablespoon expresso coffee powder
600 ml hot water
150 gram grated choco
60 ml rum

Method:
- Mix the expresso powder with boiling water & stir them. Put the choco & rum, stir it. Rinse them.
- Put 1 scoop (100 gram) of ice cream into a cup. Pour hot coffee on top of it.
- Taste it & you feel that heaven is actually on earth!!!
