I HATE MY CURRENT HAIRSTYLE!!!!
Frankly speaking...it has no style but absurd style!!! Just thick & long hair...that's it!!! Many Indonesian friends told me that having haircut in Indonesia is much better than in Singapore...in terms of hairstyler & price (well..looks like the money is an issue for me...hehehe.. =P). Going to salon to pamper my hair will definitely in my list when I go home to Indonesia.
Been surfing around for hairstyle stuffs for the last few hours. Comparing many celebrities' hairstyle in confusion...from auntie Madonna's until sister Paris Hilton's (?!). Still confused what to do with my hair.. =( How bout get it short or medium?? Guess I have to stick with long hair as I think my chubby face (!) look better with long hair. Having my hair coloured could be a consideration (though I'm not too sure what my mom will say about it!!!). Which colour d'u think suit me?? Chopper & blonde will be out of the list for sure. You'll be having loud laugh till unconscious once you see me with blonde hair. It'll be horor!!!! About the hair texture...should I change it??? I'm thinking of getting straight hair or wavy hair...but no no for curly. Thick & curly hair will make my head looks like puddledog!!! Pheww...seems like surfing around is not helping me... =( Despite of still having curiousity in my mind about my upcoming hairstyle, I just found a nice article about Essential Harcut Do's & Don'ts. So...before I regret & cry over my future hairstyle....your suggestion please...

Got another friend visit Singapore again...Yippie!!! \(',')/ This time is a mexican guy...Adrian Vargas. Too bad that I couldn't spend much time with him since got loads of things to deal with in office & he only stayed for few days in Singapore.
Dunno why...I find him as different person now. He used to have a profile of a quite guy for me. But it was gradually vanished by our long conversation & replaced by a profile of a talkative man. We talked about nothing but everything & never tought that he could mock me that much!!!! Hahaha.. =D
But again... Everytime I'm in the moment of saying good-bye & not knowing when the next meeting will be, I always feel mellow deep down inside. He said that I'll be rich someday for sure & travel to Mexico to visit him. Really hope for it Adrian.. =)

See you around Adrian... Suerte en todo =)
* gusto en conocerte = nice to meet you suerte en todo = good luck in everything you do

I had so much fun on the last Saturday since I joined Made, Fida & Labake for Holi celebration. Holi is originally a festival to commemorate a good harvest and fertility of the land & it's an excuse for Indians to shed inhibitions and differences for a day of spring fever and Big Fun. Children, teenagers join together in merriment, adults take the opportunity to extend the hand of peace, and everyone chases everyone else around, throwing brightly colored powder (gulal) and water over each other. Dancing and singing, music, and clouds of pink, green, and turquoise powder fill the air.
When it comes to Holi, it's about colouful festival. I felt like I was back in kindergarten!!! Chasing around people to make them look ugly with the colour powder & no mom's order for my behaviour =) This fetival of colours included Bollywood pop & fusion Music, dances, folk songs, colored-powder confusion and various other fun-filled activities. The nastiest part was the moment I got the red powder all over my face. I was standing & watching people playing with their colour powder, then suddently I got the circumstance when I had to shut my eyes since I felt somebody who was standing behind me putting his palm full with powder on my face for few minutes. And when I opened my eyes, my friends laughed out loud at me. Then I found that my face turned to evil red face!!!! Aaaiiiiyyyyoooooooo..........

I was still sleeping
…mobile phone was ringing ….got a sms… ….trying to grasp my mobile phone with my can-hardly-open eyes… ….slightly looking on the clock on the table…
>> Damn!!! Who the hell is the person waking me up at 5.30 am while I’m trying to get proper sleeping time among my crazy working hours??? How come this person couldn’t wait for few more hours?? <<
“Sorry…just want to know the sms rate from Indonesia to Singapore…hehe…good luck!”
>> Ddddeeeennnndddddiiiiiiii…….how could you….how come… %&*^$#@+?= << *speechles*
….another sms was coming…..
>> Gggrrrrhhhh!!!!! Should I strive to get my half conscious again rite now??? <<
Sms from Dendi again…. it said: “Besides…I got a feeling that today is going to be your best day”
>> Hhhmmm…interesting << *curious smile*
…back to sleep…. ….mobile phone was ringing…got a call with unknown number (a call from abroad)… >> My Ggggoooodd….Dendi!!!! Pleeaaassseee….no more!!!!! <<
me : “Hello” Woman’s voice :”Hello…may I speak to Tisa, please?”
>>Oooppsss…it’s not Dendi….must be 1 of my colleagues<<
Tisa :“speaking” Woman’s voice : “Is it really Tisa???”
>>Godd….guess I’m having a horrible day…please….no more bad person<<
Tisa : “yeah…it Tisa…who’s this?” Woman’s voice : “Masa sih ini Tisa?? kok suaramu laen??” (Is this really Tisa? How come your voice sounds different??)
....beginning to lose temper....
Tisa : “Maaf..ini siapa ya?” (sorry..who’s this ?) Woman’s voice : "Ini Reni" Tisa : “WHATTT?!?!?! Rennnniiiiii…….apa kbr??? Kamu dimana??? Di Oklahoma???Ato di Indonesia?? Kok telp aku??? Ada apa neh??” (Reennnniiiii.....how are you doing??? Where are you?? In Oklahoma?? Or in Indonesia?? Why are you calling me???) Reni : “Eh...sekarang di Singapore jam berapa Tis?”(What time is it in Singapore??) ...looking at the clock....popping out my eyes constantly...
Tisa : "Renniii…JAM 9.30!!!! MATI AKU!!!! I’ll call you from the office on lunch break yak?!?! (Renniii…it’s 9.30!!! I’m dead!!! I’ll call you from the office on lunch break, ok?!)
…throw away the mobile phone….run toward the bath room…. …put make up only in 10 minutes… *what a record!!*
Lunch break
>> So far...it was just another ordinary day…nothing was really special…nothingrelated to definition of “best day”…hhmm…maybe in the afternoon..time to call Reni <<
It was 9.30PM...in the bus…on my way home…
>> Still nothing special happened…maybe I’d get it when I got home<< It was 12AM…watching TV….
>> That’s it….NOTHING SPECIAL HAPPENED << “Dendddddiiiii….Thanks a lot bro…I got punked by you!!! Hahaha!!! =D Though Dendi told me that though it might not my best day, at least I was an optimistic person of the day. Hmmm….I don’t think so. Instead of being optimistic…it was a weird day for me…regarding of hoping to get the best day compare to the reality. Seems like this feature still remains in me…I'm still a superstitious person. Reminds me of the moment of my friend whose fortune teller ability asked her to let me know that when I’m married, I will be a succeed career woman stuck with a jobless husband who happened to be a full time dad at home for the kids only. Oooohhhh….Nnnnooooo!!!! Anyway…got this awkward sms from Dendi at dawn…got an expected call from Reni in Oklahoma…got a new record of putting on make up only in 10 minutes…could be the signs of my path toward my best day. I know….I know…. No need for you to tell me that I’m such a superstitious girl =)

I had been curious with The Art of Star Wars exhibition in Science Centre until yesterday I went there with Fida. And it was so fun!!! I don't know why...everytime I go to Science Centre, I always esctatic as a kid!!! hehehe.. =P

This exhibition was about exhibition of galactic proportions. It was comprising 280 original artifacts from Lucasfilm Ltd, the exhibition aimed to bring visitors into the fantasy worlds of the Star Wars movie saga and to took a close look at the amazing, creative and innovative works in the making of the movies.

Segmented into 6 main areas, I felt like I was on a journey through time, from the very first movie in 1977 called A New Hope to the finale Episode III Revenge of the Sith in 2005. I felt like I had face-to-face time with various artifacts used in the making of the movies.

Ranging from life-sized models, sets, costumes, marquettes, weapons, props, concept drawings, posters and more, I was able to view several multi-media screens, footages of the movies where the artifacts were used, as well as footages of documentaries chronicling the work behind the making of the movies.

The coolest thing was when me & Fida had private tour for the exhibition. Actually...this free tour was ment for the visitor who wanted to get more details about the exhibition. But until the due time schedule, it was only me & Fida who were there for the tour. So...we got a private tour for free. The tour was just for 2 of us!!! Hahaha... =D By the way, just browsing around during lunch break & found The Ultimate Star Wars Personality Test. Why don't you try to know whose character in Star Wars imitate you. Want to know mine??? It's Han Solo!!! Hehehe.. =D

Nobody says that saying good bye is easy. But somehow, life goes on & we have to accept the reality that farewell is part of its process course. Last night, I have to say good bye again to a friend. It was in William's farewell party.
William Respondovesk (please don't ask how to pronounce it...so difficult for me!!! =P) is a Brazilian guy who took 2 days a half globe flight for AIESEC's mission in Singapore & the only person who called me "Hey...Tisikari!!!" (hwaaayyyoooo...it's Titisari!!!!). Felt like yesterday when I spent the whole day with him only for Chinese New Year's eve & realised it was around 1.5 months ago. He's such a very talkative guy. I admire his ability in gathering words for his unfinished long hours talk!!! Hahaha =D His curiousity fire & confident flame are amazed me as well.
He introduced me to an astonishing Brazil word : PEDALA!!!! (stupid!!!). It's more like the Brazilian youth practise among friends. It exercises when we do someting stupid & others realise about it, they'll shouting us "Pedala" while giving us a hard tap on the head. Hence, William told me, we have to be smart in talking otherwise we'll get "Pedala". And guess who get the most "Pedala" during his stay in Singapore?!?! IT'S ME!!!! He entitled me MISS PEDALA!!!! Hahaha!!! =D
See you around William... Have a nice flight back to Brazil... Hope I have the opportunity to explore the other part of the world someday & stop by in Brazil to get another "Pedala" from you again... =)

I was suprised when I got shoutbox message in my blog from my Japanese friend, Tetsuro Hidaka. I got more surprised when he told me that since I'm in Singapore & he wanted to have a quick holiday, he decided to visit me!!!! Waaaa...SO COOL!!!! =D (Thanks A LOT to Made for his kindess of having Tetsu to stay in his house).
The thought of meeting him as a mature man (regarding he will be starting to work in less than 1 month), gradually vanished without a trace!! He was still the same guy like 3 years ago when he stayed in my house for 2 months. He still had this unique gesture which always make me laugh. He was also still yawning so often & slept easily. He told me that I was still the same person, except that now I'm putting much weight!!! (Tetssuuu...I take it as a complement!!!! =P).

chilling out on the beach
His last day in Singapore was so nice. One of the places we visited was Chinatown & he bought me the stupid teddy bear I had always wanted there. It was Mr. Bean's teddy bear!!! Yeyeyeye...THANX A LOT Tetsu!!! =) thank you for the Mr. Bean's teddy bear Tetsu.. =)
Somehow, what I enjoyed the most of his visit was when we were chatting. Talking about his dog, his girlfriend, AIESEC life....we simply talked about everything. The unforgettable chatting scene was when we were in MRT station on our way to airport last night. We were laughing at our silly experience back in 3 years ago & seems like we laughed out so loud until people around us staring at us & I got chocked!!! Hahaha!!! =D It was kinda blue feeling while dropping him off to the airport to go back to Japan. Having him for 3 days was WONDERFUL. He ended the day with saying "I think I'll be back to Indonesia again someday. So I'll see you again in your country". For me, wherever I'll be meeting him again in the future, I'm sure I'll be having good times =)
