Basically...started from Monday next week (pratically it's started from tomorrow...but tomorrow is Saturday which is indeed a day off) I'll be having year-end holiday as the company is shut down during last week of year end. I was thinking of going back to my home town in Indonesia, but...maybe it's not such a remarkable idea since I just went home last month & my dad just visited my few weeks ago. Hence, I dedided to explore Malaysia with my friend!!!! Yippie!!! (again) \(',')/

I got a call at luch time yesterday from Fabien, he said that he was with Christopher & was wondering whether I can come for dinner with them in the evening or not since he's going to fly back to Germany today.
Looks like I have another fellow coming to Singapore again!!!! Yippie!!!! \(',')/

This time is a guy from Germany....Christopher. We met when I was the chairperson in National Conference in Indonesia..he was one of the facilitator for LDS. He was on his way back home to Germany for good as he finished his study already in Bali. We had dinner with Fabien & Cecilia as well at esplanade. It was fun, though quite sad since I can't go to the airport today say good bye due to working issues.

I got another friend coming again...Bram. He came with a girl..a new AIESEC member...Dita.
I picked them up in City Hall MRT station at 11.30 PM...though he promised me to come at 7 PM!!!
Actually..they were just stop by for a while in Singapore. They're going to join AIESEC conference this week in Kuala Lumpur. Since Singapore is quite short distance to Kuala Lumpur...then they decided to go to Singapore. But what I don't understand is...their plan is fly to Kuala Lumpur from Jakarta..take a bus to Singapore...go back to Singapore in the dawn next morning...WHAT A CRAZY PLAN!!! Why don't they just fly to Singapore..then take a bus to Kuala Lumpur...then fly back to Jakarta. But then they end up with spending 1 more day in Singapore...(guess because I'm a such nice host...hehehe.. =P)

Bram is still the same person like he used to. But somehow...knowing his process from a new member till become the president in AIESEC is such a life lesson for me. Still remain in the corner of my mind when he was just joined AIESEC 3 years ago..he was so confuse about the organization...hahaha!!! =D Now he has a style in discussing about those planning things for AIESEC issues =)

While Dita...
Hmm....I don't know her much. But we were get along really-really well only in 2 days.
While she was in Singapore with me, I learnt 1 important thing from her : "You don't have to be an expert photographer to take a nice picture". This girl is damned good in founding a good mixture of light & surrounding. I have few favourite pictures taken by her.
Another lesson I got from her was :
"Taking picture is not always putting the person as the main object in the centre"
"The people as object of picture, don't have to look straight to the camera"
Hence...no wonder she has such a natural way to pose. I was trying to learn it from her...but I guess I don't have such talent!!! Hwakakak =D
But the crazy part about her is..she's really loves to have others to take a picture of her & to take others' picture everywhere...even in subway!!! (Thanks to her..now I have a picture of me in the MRT!! =P) We had around 200 pictures only in a half day!!! Crraaaazzzyyyy!!!!

It was nice to spend 2.5 days with them. Now I have to think about how to ship Dita's blazer & Bram's glasses case since they left them behind in my place!!! Hahaha =D

Grew up in a small town
And when the rain would fall down
I'd just stare out my window
Dreamin' of what could be
And if I'd end up happy
I would pray

Trying hard to reach out
But when I tried to speak out
Felt like no one could hear me
Wanting to belong here
But something felt so wrong here
So I prayed I could break away

I'll spread my wings and I'll learn how to fly
I'll do what it takes till I touch the sky
And I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change
And break away
Out of the darkness and into the sun
But I won't forget all the ones that I love
I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change
And break away

Me & The Blue Lamp

Wanna feel the warm breeze
Sleep under a palm tree
Feel the rush of the ocean
Get on board a fast train
Travel on a jetplane, far away
And break away

I'll spread my wings and I'll learn how to fly
I'll do what it takes till I touch the sky
And I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change
And break away
Out of the darkness and into the sun
I won't forget all the ones that I love
I gotta take a risk, take a chance, make a change
And break away

Buildings with a hundred floors
Swinging round revolving doors
Maybe I don't know where they'll take me
But, gotta keep moving on, moving on
Fly away, break away

I'll spread my wings and I'll learn how to fly
Though it's not easy to tell you goodbye, gotta
Take a risk, take a chance, make a change
And break away
Out of the darkness and into the sun
But I won't forget the place I come from
I gotta take a risk, take a chance, make a change
And break away

Break away
Break away

Few weeks ago CH told me that she might come to Singapore. I thought that was just a slight comment as now I'm staying in Singapore. But I guess I was completely wrong!!! She actually made it to come to Singapore on the last weekend.

Though she stayed in Bulan's place, somehow I spent much time with her. First time I met her in Singapore, we had an argument about when the last time we met before. I remember it was 4 years ago, when I was in AIESEC conference. But she told me that it was 4 months ago in my previous office as me & her boyfriend were colleagues. Then it was end up with laughing together!!! Hahaha.. =D

Having her in Singapore is really reminds me that time goes by so fast. Feels like yesterday when she was still my "boss" in AIESEC. It makes me recall the old times when I had discussion about those strategy things in terms of exchange in AIESEC. Apart of those things, she still has the same style in her own way.

Really hope to met her again in the future =)
